Mike Donehey has seen his fair share of the unexpected. Following a potentially fatal car crash as a teen, Mike learned to play the guitar while still in bed recovering from his injuries. Learning the guitar gave birth to songwriting, and that songwriting led to the formation of the band Tenth Avenue North. Following twenty years of touring and radio success with hits like Love Is Here, By Your Side, You Are More, Losing, Worn, I Have This Hope and multi-week number one smash Control (Somehow You Want Me), Mike is launching his next chapter as a solo artist, a speaker, and author.
Care Net’s mobile clinic and more
One of the ways Care Net Pregnancy Center of Dane County serves women in outlying areas is with their mobile clinic. Partnerships director Sue Cotten explains what the program allows them to do. She also previews an upcoming free breakfast in the Dells where attendees can tour the mobile clinic and learn about plans to expand. Plus, she discusses other life-affirming Care Net resources to help those facing unexpected pregnancies.
