Many of us understand the feeling. You work most of the week, investing a large part of yourself into your job. Even if you love your job, perhaps you have doubts. Maybe you question if you’re good enough, if you’re really adding value to the world. Maybe you don’t know if your skills measure up. Perhaps you feel like your efforts go unseen.
What if you could help someone else know that they are doing a good job?
I’m going to call the managers of various workplaces where there’s an outstanding employee who’s really making a difference, and let them know they are appreciated! But first … I need you to tell me who deserves some encouragement!
