I had a very hard time, emotionally, in January. My grandmother passed away and I’ve been missing her lots. We were very close because she was a loving woman, funny and kind. We both enjoyed reading romance novels and would exchange books whenever we saw one another. She lived in Minnesota but our family would visit her often, in the nursing home where she had moved due to needing more help. She also would come to Wisconsin and stay with my mother and father, sometimes for several months, as she recovered from period falls. In the later months she struggled with dementia, but even then she was able to have loving, meaning conversations with me and my family. Your station has been a great comfort to me, as all of the different songs are so uplifting.
