The summer weather is still lingering, but the leaves are finally beginning to change! Cool breezes are coming, and we’re ready. It’s the time of year when we start pulling out our favorite family recipes and decorations. The apples and pumpkins are ripening, and local farm markets are bringing out their caramel apples and fresh pumpkin pie.

Here in Wisconsin, the corn is turning golden, and we’re getting excited for one of our favorite traditions: the corn maze. We’ve put together a list of our favorite corn mazes and farm markets around Madison, Wisconsin, so you and your family can join the fun!

Stop by the Milk House Bakery for their famous caramel apples, apple cider donuts, pies, coffee, and sandwiches.

The U-Pick Apple Orchard is open as long as yields last! Fill up a bag with as many apples as you can—all varieties are only $2 per pound.

Want a little spooky October family fun? Start your Halloween by stepping into the Screamy Scary Silo (a maze built into the silo with blacklights and spooky music) or the 3D Haunted House (which is perfectly family friendly).
