I’ve been there Tim. I found help in my faith, the 12 steps, a therapist and finding meaning in my life. When things get down for me I volunteer and try to get outside of myself by helping others.

I have been on medications for number of years,I really don’t know what to do;I feel weak a lot of times.I feel this is due to injustice concerning court ordered medications. But somehow-someway I know He still has a plan. Please pray for me to have the strength to get through this.

    1. Hi David! God hears your prayers. You are not alone. I struggled with depression and felt like I tried everything. Last March, God answered my prayers. God hears you. Keep going!

I want you to know know being a essential worker in Healthcare & specializing in Mental Health Care has been extremely challenging for those providing the services as well. Please know that taking time out for self care is very important for everyone. Without self care, prayer and mindefullness no one can make it. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help. Workers in these areas need help too. Don’t be ashamed, we are all God’s children and we will get though this together.
