I’ve been there Tim. I found help in my faith, the 12 steps, a therapist and finding meaning in my life. When things get down for me I volunteer and try to get outside of myself by helping others.

I have been on medications for number of years,I really don’t know what to do;I feel weak a lot of times.I feel this is due to injustice concerning court ordered medications. But somehow-someway I know He still has a plan. Please pray for me to have the strength to get through this.
