This summer, Life 102.5 is partnering with local organizations that seek to make a difference for our community, and we are thrilled to be starting with the River Food Pantry.

Their mission is to provide food, resources, and faith to build a stronger community- with respect, compassion, community, caring, and generosity.

The River Food Pantry serves over 1000 households each week through their various programs, with more than 1/3 of those served being children.

In order to support them, and give you and your family a chance to serve this summer, we are hoping to fill the following shifts:
note, children are welcome but anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by a parent

If you’d like to help, but can’t serve during any of the above times, consider helping raise money for the much-needed MUNCH program. Learn more here.

If you’d like to serve at another time or in another way, learn more about all the opportunities here.

Could I bring a 9 and 5 yr old with? Keep em busy and they work good.

Of course! They are welcome. In fact, if they will be serving, please fill out a volunteer form for them as well and we’ll get them a shirt as well.
