My husband and I have been on a constant struggle with our farm. We are young and starting our family, working full time and raising calves. Between financials, stress of work, sickness, and the cold we have become very depressed, sad, stressed, etc. It has been very hard through financials, and when one of our calves gets sick it takes an even bigger toll. With the freezing cold temps we had a calf get very sick and very cold. He was at the point we are unsure of recovery. We brought this calf, Carl, into the house, put insulated socks on him, prayed for him and constantly playing this station. In one hour irreversible damage (frostbite) was healed, and is continuing to heal. I have never seen this before, and this miracle from listening to this station and listening to God has restored strength to us and gave us the hope in this trying time we need.

    Hi Emily,

I understand your frustration and stress as my husband & I and our family have run our dairy farm for the past 16 years. There are so many factors that make farming stressful, and balancing family along with the work and care of livestock creates a lifestyle that many don’t understand fully. I have prayed many times for guidance through the difficult times and praised God for every day that I can witness the sunrise and be a caretaker of His land and animals.

Winter temperatures are brutal on young calves. We’ve seen many issues with calves, so if you would like any ideas, let me know.

I believe God guided me to read your story today, especially since it’s been over a year since I have looked into the “Your Story” section.

I hope that things are going better for you and your family. May God bless you, your family, and your farm.
